Empire Cabinet & Marble

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was lied to repeatedly by this company and treated like garbage by its alleged owner, Lucy. Empire sold me and installed defective countertops on my island and my counters. When I complained, they were of no assistance. Finally, I was able to contact the manufacturer of the countertops who came out, inspected and agreed they were defective. The manufacturer sent a replacement slab to Empire and they refused to come and install it at my house. I spent months arguing with them and ultimately got no resolution. I am now stuck with defective countertops AND Empire not only got paid for the job but ALSO kept my $4000 replacement slab!!! Lucy was rude, unprofessional and just plain horrible to deal with. She also sold me damaged cabinets and when my contractor pointed out the imperfections, she made him buy NEW ones rather than repair or replace the damaged ones. There was also a delay of several months for some of the cabinets. It was just awful. Too many problems to relate them all here. This was the worst of all of the companies that I dealt with throughout my major house renovations. Please do not get involved with this company.

I had my custom kitchen cabinet fabricated at Empire. Lucy the co owner was very helpful, in one sitting we designed the basic plan, she got me quote on the spot with different options. with in a month, we finalize all the designs and elected the finishes. I was impressed with the turn around time and opted to have all custom made, which was only 20% more than the prefabricated cabinets.
Along the way Lucy and her staff made sure to communicate on all aspect and the few little glitches that happened were dealt quickly . I really recommend them, I am now getting all my marble counter tops there as well.
I will use them for more work and make sure to recommend them to my freinds
