Emma's Brick Oven Pizza & Cafe

We had a terrible experience with our waitress, Jessica. She was rude, bossy, and rushed us out of the restaurant. My wife ordered gnocchi and it was not cooked, you could barely stick your fork into it. When we sent it back Jessica brought the plate back out and insisted that we were wrong. She then came back to the table, threw the check down, and left. The bus boy came over and apologized for her behavior. Not worth your business.

DIRTY WITH AWFUL FOOD.
I will not return to this DIRTY, noisy, badly run dump of an excuse for a "restaurant".
In fact, I wish I could get a refund for the c r a p of a meal that I had here.
The place is run by moronic teenagers and the food is awful.
An arugala salad was topped with so much balsamic dressing that it was soggy & disgusting to the point where the vinegar fumes actually made us choke, so we had to request bread (I had to get up from the table to get it, that's how bad the service was).
A "special" pizza was salty & BURNED.
When I requested a cup of hot marinara sauce (so that I could make the food edible)
I was DENIED and told that "the chef wants no changes to the food". That's a laugh.
The chef is a prima donna in a DUMP like this? Wow.
What happened to making the customer happy?
I was so angry when I left that I wanted to throw our leftovers in the face of the A-HOLE cook.
Instead, I will leave this review with the hope that others will eat someplace else.
Someplace where the food is edible, the staff is professional & adult, the manager is actually present on a busy night & the chef - even if a prima donna - has enough kindness to provide a hungry diner with some freaking tomato sauce when they request it!
Get over yourselves Emma's - you're not all that & frankly, YOUR FOOD SUCKS.

Great brick oven pizza. Also their rigatoni is amazing. It is also BYOB.

The seating host was horrible, he had no idea what he was doing. Wait staff was rushed and hurried our order. This is the third time this has happened, and I doubt we will go there again. Order out it's probably easier. However, the food was very good, but that doesn't make up for poor service, crowded or not.
