I went to this place about a year ago and I still cannot get over the service. Absolutely the worse service there. They claim to be cheap, they may be priced better than other places but they offer terrible customer service that it is not worth saving those 10 dollars. I came in paying cash for my glasses and with insurance for other services and the lady could not get everything straight. Their other staff lack knowledge of products and are rude as well. I have worked in medical settings and speaking from experience, it is not that hard. I wish this place were more organized and had there things together. This place still owes me my case for my dolce and gabbana glasses I bought from them a year ago. The whole process from the first day of visit to the day I received my glasses took 2 1/2 months, absolutely ridiculous.I absolutely regret coming here. DO NOT GO THEY WILL GIVE YOU A HEADACHE.
