I was very well serviced here , she made my prom night perfect. I HIGHLY recommend her to all my friends and to everyone reading this. She tailored my dress perfectly and at an amazing price. Thank you so much :)

Despite the reviews below – (which after my visit seems to be completely false) I still decided to go and check out Elsie’s Bridal. I had the best experience! They have a great selection of dresses with a wide variety of prices. The owner, Irene, was very helpful in picking out styles for me after I have told her what I was looking for.

Since I wanted my dress to look more sparkly then it already did, Irene suggested they would add some custom Swarovski crystals to my dress. I also ended up getting my bridesmaid dresses from them and was very satisfied with my choices.

All in all, a great experience at Elsie’s Bridal!!!

The owner went above and beyond to make me, my fiance, my bridesmaids and my mother very happy. We ordered our dresses for the wedding, bridesmaids dresses, and tuxedos for the groom and groomsmen. The bridesmaids dresses were absolutely gorgeous! and the tuxedos were perfect. Im very pleased that I went to Elsie's Bridal, and I recommend it to all of my friends and family. Thank you to the owner, Irene, for making my wedding day so special!

The other two reviewers here got it right. My fiance was shopping around for bridemaids dresses and accidentally called this woman twice on two seperate days. The second time she called this pyschotic woman yelled at her for calling a second time to ask for a specific dress. My fiance just made a simple mistake by not remembering that she had already called before. The woman on the phone started to yell at her saying: "Everyday women call my store asking me if I have dresses in stock and for prices but never come in. They just waste my time and effort just like your are doing now and make me do extra work for no reason." She then went on to say that she was the only store in town that had the specific dress my fiance was looking for and that she was "her only hope." Finally, after my fiance was fed up with her yelling she simply hung up on the woman but the psychotic woman called back 5 minutes later! Girls be ware! If you dare call this place block your phone number. My fiance told the woman that she did not appreciate the call and the psychotic woman proceeded to accuse my fiance of harrasment and threatened to call the police on her! My fiance then reminder her that SHE called her and not the other way around. My fiance hung up on her again and the psychotic woman called her back again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This women is RUDE RUDE RUDE... Please all bridesmaids and brides STAY AWAY from this women, She is out of control and I have no IDEA how she is still in business.
