Hands down the absolute worst place I've ever lived!!! It's been a NIGHTMARE since day 1! My lease is up in 2 months and I can't wait to get the hell out!!! They couldn't pay me to stay in this dump!

Well, I expected better from them on numerous occasions. Overall, a majority of my days here haven't been so bad. However, the maintenance team isn't very effective, and the heat in these apartments is waaaay too high during the winter! I was sweating in my bedroom for at least 10 nights and it was uncomfortable. It's not adjustable either. I tried to turn the knob; and the maintenance guys assured me that it could be solved by putting another plastic thing over it, but that didn't work either. Then they wanted to turn it off somewhere else, but no one knew how to do it and they just stopped making any effort no matter how many times I called and said that it was VERY IMPORTANT. Who wants to be in an 90 degree apartment all of the time? Not me. I had opened all of the windows and nothing was good enough. I could have turned on one of the air conditioners, but that would have been wasteful and insufficient also. It's not located anywhere near the bedroom where the furnace is. Every room was way too hot, and it became insufferable.

Also, my window was cracked in the bedroom and then they tried to blame it on me. The maintenance guy was angry and he wanted to somehow say that it was already there before they came to replace the broken latch that had been there. I didn't say that it was he who caused the crack. I just said that it was there and that my wife and I didn't do it. We had just moved in!

Speaking of moving in, the first apartment model didn't match the one that they wanted us to reside in! It was missing a microwave, dishwasher and other things. This place is old. :(

Also, the parking space isn't included in the rent, and so I have to park about 3 blocks away nearly every day!

Furthermore, they don't have enough recycling bins. They said that the one bin is for trash, and the other bin is for paper only, but no one obeys that because they need to recycle plastic, metal and glass. I complained about this recycling problem to the staff and it wasn't solved.

The roof of the apartment adjacent to me looks as if it has been broken for years, and no one has fixed it yet. These people have a lot of work to do, and they haven't been making the repairs needed. It's hard to get things done when a request is submitted. I know that many other people here are having similar problems because their staff is pretty bad at effectively solving the issues in a timely manner, and I mean months of waiting time, wasted calls, complaints, and little to no results. That's not welcoming, that's carelessness.

this place is not worth it for the amount they charge in rent. Every year, is the same issue, if its not the squirrels in the atticchewing the electrical wires and making noise all night long, is the dog owners not picking up their dog's business.
Our door bell hasn't worked in MONTHS and we called a few times already and nothign has happend, i'm lying.. they did bring a new "wireless" doorbell and it never worked either.
The toilet seat broke and they brought us a new one, it wasn't the proper size so the toilet seat is bigger then the actual toilet!
The only reason why we're staying on this complex is because they accept our pets and the heat is included,
Over all, the management company has to step up their game and actually Maintain the complex. with all the money we all pay in rent they should be able to hire more maintanace people, because there is always only ONE person on call on the weekends.
