Tried to buy a gift card for Valentines day three separate times. Every time the website would freeze, and I was unable to make the purchase

I really love this place! I have been coming here for a couple of years for facials and waxing. I have used several different people and been happy with everyone. It's a small spot, but very cozy. I hate waxing, but they move quick here and it isn't too painful. They are very thorough. Love the facials here too.Skin always looks great afterwards.Highly recommend!

This place is not a spa at all! I...The staff is nice and all of them are very friendly, however if I book a treatment in a spa, I expect to have a relaxing time while in there. There is not atmosphere that makes you feel relax. The reception is full of things that they are selling, there is not a relaxing room, there is no "ambiance"....Let's not talk about the treatment, I had a microdermabration and my face was red for about 8 days...!I have had microdermabrations for the last 4 years in other places and I never got my face looking as raw meat! I am definitely not going back to this place. Please invest some money making treatment rooms nicer

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday to Ellen Marie and had the Guinot facial and the signature massage. This was my first time ever having a facial and absolutely loved it. My face felt so clean, smooth, and healthy. The massage was amazing as well and relieved my lower back pain! The staff was so attentive and nice! I will most definitely be coming back! The treatment is really good.
i went there many times to have my eyebrows done, and i have to say they are the best spa-team i have ever met. they know what is good and what looks good and they are very professional.
i also had brazilian waxing here and i felt very comfortable.
Ellen marie day spa is the best!
