DO NOT USE ELITE PROCESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Sam Berk consistently lied to me about the status of service in my case and may have caused me to have to refile to summons and complaint. When I tried to get a copy of an affidavit -- to file myself -- he yelled and threatened me. This man is a pathological liar. Do not do business with him.

Absolutely the fastest and most reliable process servers in New York. Elite Process has the best service hands down. The one thing that is extraordinary about Elite, are RUSH SERVICE!! Rush service actually gets done in rush time. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.
