I've had the pleasure of attending several events organized by Elite over the years. I've seen them at the Bay Terrace County Club, as well as Skyview and Waters Edge. I've always been blown away by their professionalism. You can tell their customer service philosophy starts from the top and trickles down to all of their employees.
From pool parties to large scale carnivals, Elite does a fantastic job! Highly recommended.

After having worked at various pools with in-house management across Queens and Long Island, I can promise that any pool club managed by Elite Pool and Fitness is the gold standard. As a manager, I see the hours of dedication and copious amounts of time and effort the founders of this company put into every single account (no matter how big or small). If you are seeking a well kept pool, professional staff, open communication, and an all around excellent experience, look no further than Elite Pool and Fitness.

As an employee for 3years for Elite, it has been the best working experience by far. The manager's handles all situations in a way that keeps the company running smoothly. They take time to listen to all complaints or suggestions. Overall Its a good working atmosphere and there's always room for improvement within the company.

I did some business with elite pools and could not work with them. They are careless and irresponsible. I don't know how they get away with it but the pools they manage are not manage well. Chlorine was always high as so as the staff. I tried to get in the world pool and it was slimmed.I would not recommend elite pools to anyone who is looking for a pool management company!!!
