Really like the office and the staff. Makes you feel comfortable and experienced no pain.

Initial impression... Not an organized dental practice. Manager of office (wife of dentist) has the personality of a gnat! The staff seems to be uninformed. Office is OK looking. The dentist seems friendly and apparently loves tanning salons. As of this writing Im sitting in dental chair. Im here for teeth whitening purchased from Groupon. Office smells like cigarettes. They had to reschedule because of office miscommunication. So far no good

They give you a good deal on financing which makes it very hard to leave if you find that the work is unprofessional or the service bad...which I did. In fact, it has been ten months since I scheduled Invisalign and I haven't had any actual work done! I find it hard to believe that it is all the lab's fault especially after they took molds of my teeth on three separate occasions, the second of which they have no record.

They are unprofessional; several times the doctor canceled my appointment day-of, sometimes without calling. This may be due to the fact that the two dentists who work there have separate staffs and don't appear to communicate but I find it frustrating at the least..

If you have a complaint they refer you to the manager, who happens to be Dr. Eliades' wife.
