I received a 2hr massage as a birthday gift and it was truly the best gift I could've asked for. The masseuse was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. Best experience!!

I was in the process of cancelling my membership until I came across Sandra and OMG!! She really educated me on a things and is focusing on working out the knots which has plagued my shoulder causing it not to heal. I mean I could barely move it and I am currently seeing a PT and Chiropractor. Not only did I keep my membership but my shoulder hasn't felt this good in months!! Cannot wait for my next session!

We had an amazing experience at Elements. It was beyond our expectations. We did a couples massage with Ashley and Patty who both did an exceptional job in making us comfortable and relaxed. The entire staff is professional and informed. From the decor to the ambiance, the atmosphere relaxes you on entry, it's very clean and offers a very high-end feel at a cost effective price. You will not be disappointed with your experience

Veronica at Elements Spa is one of the best massages you can get in Essex County. She has a very strong hand so don't expect anything calming, but if you have serious tightness in your body, she will take care of it! She will also lighten her pressure if you request it so not to worry. I would recommend her to anyone!

I can only say amazing things about this establishment. The staff in the front are very sweet and remember your name. Sam and Leah are my favorite front desk people, they greet us with smiles and always ask how were are doing. Now let me tell you that Tiffany and Kaye are the most caring and amazing massage therapist we have the pleasure of coming back to every month. They always make sure that we are comfortable and ask what our aliments are and what areas we want them to concentrate on. Thank you so much for providing awesome service and having the best staff ever....
