Recently the boss started working there. She is beyond disgusting to the workers in front of the clients. Making the whole experience a very unpleasant one. Ive seen her tell the workers off for small mistakes they have made, which were really no big deal, tet she makes a massive deal and humiliates them beyond in front of everyone. She was actually the one who did my nails the last time i was there and she was talking really loudly on her phone the whole time. The other workers especially the girl by the front desk are all really nice and sweet. They dont deserve to work for someone like that. I have many friends that dont go there anymore because of her.
