worst experience ever.
first of all, they go by another name. its a hair salon with a nail salon in the back (with another entrance on the side of the building)
I have never recieved such a rushed and sloppy job. i came in for a gel manicure. the color i chose was black, they gave me 3 THIN THIN THIN coats, the final result was still slightly transparent.
when they were cleaning up my nails, they ripped off so much skin they made me bleed. and they did such a horrid job, my fingertips are all torn apart.
In addition, they allowed particles to stick on in between layers, so now the coat isnt smooth. its got dust pieces and hair stuck in it.
in the end, she got nail polish and gel stuck on my fingers and around my nails. i asked her to remove it, and she didnt know how. so i had the gel stuck on my fingers, like crazy glue stuck on fingers. I gave her a good tip for her services but i am NEVEER going back there again.
