Slow, unprofessional and over priced service. go somewhere else if possible

Had a wifi issue , ended up being a loose wire. Went to tmobile and they tried to get me to buy a new phone because they couldn't fix it and another store said it was a "hard problem to diagnose" Elect fix fixed it in 10 minutes easy free of charge. Go to this place!!!

best cell phone/electronics repair place in westchester HANDS DOWN. no BS, SET RATES FOR FIXES, and will attempt to fix any device. easy to get to location and fast repair. just got my sony xperia fixed there for 50 bucks when other places wanted to charge $300 or wouldnt fix it at all.. def plan on going back there and good for someone who enjoys supporting new local businesses..

I wrote this review months ago. I went back there to get my charging port fixed(ONCE AGAIN) and he LOST MY SIM CARD TRAY and gave me SOMEONE ELSES' SIM CARD. Someone has been using my phone for the last week. He told me that he would have a new sim card tray for me the next day, then I call today for him to inform me that he wouldn't have one for another week. I was selling this phone on Ebay, and he has now delayed my service. When I called, I was obviously distressed and angry about the incident, and he continued to call me childish and brought up how I didn't pay for him to fix my charging port. I refuse to pay for a repair when now I have to go out and buy a new piece. Liked him before I had an issue, but clearly he'd rather appease his "hoodlum" customers looking for a deal than someone who expects quality service. BUYER BEWARE.

Wow what truly an amazing job cheick the manager has done too my Galaxy s3 fixing the port and and the screen and what great customer service their is within this new rochelle community.

ive been very please by their customer service as well as their work ethic!! deff going to recommend this repair shop to friends and family.
