Review pertaining to a business relationship: Professional staff, excellent customer service, timely handling of any and all issues from patient care to financial reimbursement. Highly recommended.

Do not go to this agency for service!!! They do not help people, they do their life harder. Case manager Irina Rakkel does not care about needs of elder people. Every case of communicating with her was very stressful and frustrating.

Terrible customer service! Their care manager Neau Kattlye is extremely rude and irresponsible. Stay away from this plan!
