- Terrible #112185

So Downgraded...first time i went there i had a very great and pleasurable experience...it was about 10 yr ago... it was so nice and clean....polite...But NOT ANYMORE..
Nowadays E.R waiting time is ridiculous...E.R bathroom is so so dirty...service time is unreasonably long and wrong. Calling to bill department you have to wait at least 30 min...and more. They just dont pick up the phone~ Holy name picks em up right away... promptly.....but these people in englewood hosp. just dont do it right....
