Efficient Windows of Montclair NJ/ AGM Windows and Siding

I called them last week for a sales person to come out to my home to give me an estimate, they did not even return my call. I believe I left two messages and still did not receive a call to this day!!

To me this place is very unprofessional and must not be very good in customer service if returning a call too difficult!! Cannot imagine how they must do business once they are in someone's home.

windows were installed very well. the installation team was very detailed and very clean. real happy with both the quality of the windows and the way the windows were installed. great experience from start to finish with AGM ..

after looking at a few contractors we chose AGM based on the quality of the material they would be using as well as the confidence we had after talking with the owner. They installed siding and about 20 windows. the siding they use really stood out as the other contractors seemed to be using cheap/lower quality stuff; same goes for the windows. Our windows are solid and we are very pleased with the efficiency, its been about a month.
anyway,the workers were all very nice and kept our home as orderly as possible.We definitely recommend them.

the company also provides very good customer service; very helpful and patient.
