I experienced the worst customer service. A secret admirer sent an arrangement to me, because he does not know where I live, he sent it to a location somewhere he thought was close to me. Very sweet gesture! They call to inform me of the arrangement and the location. I immediately inform them that it was over a mile from my location. They said I could pick up at any time. They did not offer to send the order to a closer location or if I wanted to pay for delivery. The next day my intention was to pick up the arrangement; by the time I was ready to start my day, they were closing. They never offered me an alternative. I called the following day requesting it be sent to the location closer to me and they informed me since it was already made they could not send it to another location and that I could pick up the order from them whenever I was free. Given the shelf life of these arrangements, I questioned, would it be fresh. They said it could be made fresh when I pick it up. Overall, this did not make sense to me; if they could make a fresh one, why couldn’t they send it to a closer location. Regardless of the rules, their customer service was poor and they did not offer any other resolutions to this issue. For future references they should check the location when someone is sending a gift.
