This Edible Arrangements succeeded in ruining my Valentines Day. The owner promised that the chocolate covered strawberries and apple slices would arrive before my boyfriend left work for the day. I was on hold for 7 minutes the first time I called at 12 noon. I called back when they still had not arrived at 2PM and was on hold for 18 minutes. I have now been on hold for 27 minutes waiting to get a refund as it has now been 20 minutes since my boyfriend left his hospital. Order from this establishment only if you hope to ruin your hopes of a nice surprise and waste an hour on hold on the phone to complain to a lying snake tonged proprietor.
