Edible Arrangements

The worst customer service/delivery ever. This company take people money and lie about their delivery time. I placed my order 3 days before it's delivery date and i received my order at exactly 7pm. The worst part about this situation is I literally live 10 min away and earlier that day a manager told me that the delivery guy left at 9:45am and would be approaching my location in an hour. All lies.. For a 13.99 delivery fee I would've walked there in the blistering cold just not to be this disappointed and upset. I've spent well over hundreds of dollars in this company and I hope that everyone paying customer feeling this way revolt. We've made this company big enough and all together we can bring them down.. there should be other reliable honest stores that sell things like this. Let's not subject ourselves to selfish corporate.
