Edible Arrangements

Horrible....I think their slogan should be When you couldn't be bothered or just don't care pick edible arrangements. I chose this place to bring a fathers day gift to my husband, and I requested for it to arrive before 12 noon. After waiting an extra 20 minutes I called customer service. Their response was on special occasions delivery can be anytime between 8am-9pm. Who has time to wait all day for this to arrive. Isn't special occasions what their business is? I had to cancel the order, I have yet to see if they reimburse or not. I was left without a gift for my husband. Like I said when you don't care when it arrives, have all the time in the world to wait for it, and it is not an important occasion pick this company. Very disappointed with the service. I would give it a big fat zero.
