Absolutely nothing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought back a pair of shoes for my mother who had purchased a pair of "water resistant" because her socks were actually soaked after wearing them once on a rainy day. When I brought them back the sales clerk was denying the story and saying thats impossible she has a pair and that cannot happen. She barely let me finish telling her what happened and she seemed upset. I ended up just getting a store credit and honestly not sure if i'll use it because of that disgustig womans attitude.

The shoes are expensive, but the shoe styles are up to date. And the majority of shoes feel as though you are not wearing shoes. Extremely comfortable. I like going during the sales. There are bargains. The staff was helpful.
