The front office are very accomodating and very hands on escpecially the office manager. Never seen a dentist office run with such professionalism. The doctors make you feel very comfortable and so do the hygienists. Both my children love the dentists and are not scared to go. Since my childrens visit a couple weeks ago I have decided to switch to Eastern Dental of Old Bridge.

The dental work itself was fine. But they have some VERY creative accounting practices which, according to the insurance company, cheated me out of approx. $500. The work is great - but check your bill carefully, folks.

They are terrible. The receptionists are the worst, so unpleasant and rude. Avoid this office at all costs. No one is willing to help you and you will wait an hour to see the dentist. The most miserable people I have ever dealt with.

I have been going to Eastern Dental of Old Bridge for years even before they were in this larger location. The staff is nice and pleasant and Dr. Morgenstern is a good honest dentist. They have a large following in the area and I have heard from others that were more than satisfied with the care they got. The hygienists are fine and I never had an issue with cleanings. This is whole service facility as all dental specialists are under one roof.

ROUGH AND GRUFF.
I had my first cleaning with them about 6 months ago. The hygienist was very rough and it was very painful. My second cleaning was yesterday. I asked for a different hygienist. She was also rough, and seemed to be going at a fast pace. I get the feeling that all they care about is business and making money and getting patients in and out of there as fast as they can. My mouth, teeth, and gums hurt for the rest of the day after my cleaning.
Also, before you get any work done, you must pay with a very gruff and impersonal lady who handles the finances. Along with my cleaning yesterday, I was fitted for a bite guard. Not a second after I walk into the reception area, the finance lady pounces on me for payment for a yet-to-be-seen-and-made bite guard. I asked if I could pay when the bite guard came in (I'd like to see if it even fit well or not), and she said ok but didn't seem thrilled about it.
Maybe I am spoiled, but I moved here from Michigan and always had wonderful, patient, sensitive dental people working on me. And they NEVER asked for money up front - it was always after the work was completed. So weird how Eastern Dental insists on collecting beforehand, but maybe they have had bad experiences with previous patients who didn't pay...
