Eastern Car Service

My sister and law had a 8am boarding time at LaGuardia this morning - we called an made a reservation the night before for 6:15a. At 6:15a, the driver hadn't shown up and it's only after we spent 10 mins calling Eastern that we were told the driver decided not to show up. A car didn't get to my place until 6:45am. When I called Eastern to see if a discount could be applied, I was told "sorry I don't have power to make those decisions call tomorrow." Incidents like this and others are why all you yellow taxis and black car services will continue to lose to Uber. Learned my lesson - for all my guests that have early morning flights, I will be using Uber from now on to make sure a car comes on time.

Their seasoned drivers are wonderful and courteous. The occasional new driver may benefit from increased training, but I have used this company for many years and it is always my first choice.

The male dispatcher is a jerk. He will mumble into the phone and then yell at you for not being able to hear him. You can make reservations online and avoid this. The service is good and so are the prices. I've spoke to a woman there a few times and she is pleasant and friendly. Overall a good car service. The drivers will communicate via text and arrive on time.

Car came super quick. Waited for me outside jfk. Clean cars. Great price

Dont use EASTER CAR SERVICE. EXTREMELY RUDE, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY NOT RELIABLE.
I order a car 1 week in advance with a child car seat and capacity of 7 suitcases since we were moving from NYC to London. The Pope was in NYC that day so I asked for a car 4 hours and 1/2 before the flight, at 6pm. At 6.10 I call them and they tell me all cars are running late because the Pope is in town (yes so that's why I asked for a car at 6pm but ok) so the car will be there around 6.30pm. I call them back at 6.30pm and they tell me that no car will be coming. Because the car was stuck in 47th and 5th av (that's exactly where the Pope was). No sorry nothing - Just: your car is not coming. And the guy hang up on me!! I tried to call back and they hang up on me again! And here I am with 7 suitcases and a 19 mo baby ready to get a fight that will bring us to my new home. Thanks god for UBER. We found the right car with car seat in the next hour and didnt miss our flight.
WORSE CAR SERVICE EVER! Dont ever use them.
