Failed to pick up....then hung up phone three times when my wife called them back...no service and no respect!....use another service provider!

They had a bad review but i decide to try it out anyways becuz i live in flushing. Service pretty straight forward. Trip is one and half hour as promised and there is AC. Few things to note: i wasnt notified was that they do pick-ups for other passengers. I thought it was a one way trip. Even with pick-up we still arrived on time.
And a mandatory tip $3-5 for driver lol i thought tips...lol. i thought he deserved it for he waited for us while we went shopping. Pretty decent for the price $35.
