This is a really cool gym,I feel at home here... The front desk worker Renee welcomes you with such a nice smile and attitude that brightens up the day as soon as you walk in... On the weekend is family swim and my daughter enjoys it so much 5 stars

This place is run by a bunch of polluting creeps filling up your mailbox with trash pamphlets not respecting no advertisement stickers and offering no contact information to get these spammers to stop.
Avoid at all cost and do not give this dirty business your money!

Just joined and loving it! Huge airy workout room with plenty of machines and wide selection of weight lifting options. The stretching room adjacent to the workout room is flooded with sunlight and offers views of Grand Army Plaza and Prospect Park. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great deal!

Great, basic gym with a pool. People are friendly and rates are reasonable. Very convenient location. Pretty clean.

Watch out for their flyers - they are false advertising. They say "three month special offer" in big type, but they do not mail them out until the end of the "first month", and in small type it specifies the exact months it is valid for. So in reality, its not a special offer. By the time you receive the flyer its just 2 months at standard rate, with an automatic renewal clause. All in all, its just a trick.
