DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!

The vets here do not seem to care about anything except selling as much medication and charging for as many unnecessary services as possible.

Most of the vets have an attitude and they usually keep you waiting 30-60 minutes for appointments....

I called them for a potential EMERGENCY and they told me to call an 800 "tech support" number for a pharmaceutical company instead of advising on if my pet needed immediate attention. Stay away!

They are dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable. They have gone out of their way time and time again for my pet emergency over the last ten years. Best Vet in lower Michigan

Firstly, my dog died over one year ago and they still have not sending me emails. I sent an email to have East Side Animal Hospital to stop but I guess they are just very insensitive.
Secondly, my dog was fine until he had his teeth cleaned, one week later he started to vomit and was soon diagnosed with an abdominal mass. This was after getting his physical clearance for teeth cleaning and anesthesia the week before. His physical was less than exemplary: I had to tell the vet that she never even checked his ears.
Thirdly, they push their food, give antibiotics at a drop of a hat.
They are so awful, I went back to Long Island when my dog was vomiting because they refused to see him after he vomited 6 times in a row with blood.Since it was a Sunday they thought they could just blame it on the heat outside ..my apartment is air conditioned!
Protect your dog and never go there, if you do you have been warned!
