Totally misdiagnose a transmission problem on a 4Runner (

I and my husband went to East Coast Toyota on new year eve. Our sale consultant, Anthony Licata helped us a lot in providing information about our opportunities for financing the car, and car service that we would have if we bought a new car. He is very polite, prompt and patient in answering all questions that you may have. Further, he helped us in having insurance for our car and getting discount. Also, finance manager Shah Shahid did his best for getting approval from the bank for us based on our financial situation. East Coast toyota team is a powerful one and they do everything for their costumers' convenience.

Jim Triolo is my man as he offers so much great service and available discounts whenever I go. He is also efficient, prompt and very accessible. He was able to help me out when I had a flat tire near the shop and saved my day and my kids appreciated him as we were going on a short trip. He's just awesome!
