I visited the dealership numerous times, and I was always greeted like it was my first day entering the establishment (very impressive!!!). I had the pleasure of meeting most of the sales and service staff. Customer Service skills ARE at its fullest, from beginning to end. The sales staff's accuracy of details on the vehicles is magnificent . Sales representatives are very knowledgeable on each type of vehicle and know how to match the customers' needs or desires with the vehicle that will fulfill such. Mr. Corin Polanco's vast experience made MY experience a pleasurable, gratifying one. I highly recommend East Coast Auto Mall, not only for their vehicles, but for a reliable, honest and dependable guidance when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Polanco extended his services even after the purchase was made and very clearly answered all questions or inquiries that I had. Undoubtedly, I will purchase another vehicle from East Coast Auto Mall. Thanks-a-Million !!!!

I completely understand why dealers get a bad rap. They are pushy and always seem to hide sales prices on vehicles to get there bottom dollar. I have to say that in this dealership it was absolutely the opposite. I commend Volkswagen for there training of there sales person. It says a lot when a dealer breaks down the figures for you dollar for dollar so you can see where your money is. There as no pressure to purchase and every detail of the money was explained to me. I was able to make a great purchase on my car and felt no pressure from Corin Polanco my sales rep. He took his time to explain everything to me. I can truly say it was a pleasure to be able to make such a big purchase with no sale pressure and all the information on hand. I wanted to thank all of the people at the dealer for making this experience so positive, Who knows maybe in a few years ill be back to make my other purchase through them. .
