I took a watch in to have the crystal replaced, as I had scratched mine terribly. My local jewelry store told me they could not do that and had to send it out for repair, costing more than the watch itself. Took it to Earth Cleaners, a little wary that it was a cleaner/watch repair shop. Very impressed with the work they did and the price was reasonable, $45 including the cost of the crystal. It looks like new. Flawless work as far as this untrained eye can see.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE - The cleaning is average but the people! I dealt with one man in particular, 30s, who works both behind the Cleaners desk and at the Watch Repair desk. He is a sexis jerk who does not know what he is doing and if you ask him any questions/challenge him at all on what he is doing, he declares that he has has never dealt with someone "like you" and walks off, refusing to help. I realized later that he meant someone who a) actually asked a question before handing over valued clothes or watches and b) a woman at that! DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!!

not even worth the one star it does have.i took a dress there to be tailored today, and the guy was so incredibly rude. he looked at my dress and said it would be no problem to hem, and then he fumbled with it for 20 minutes, helped 5 other clients all the while (which i did not mind for the first 2). He then started to ignore me, and then finally just said, no, he was too busy to hem it, even though i was the only one the whole shop. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!

I THOUGHT FROM THE NAME THEY WERE GREEN...BUT DESPITE BEING MORE THAN TWICE THE PRICE AS THE OTHER CLEANERS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD--THEY ARE DECEPTIVELY NOT EVEN PERC-FREE.
.....AND THEY RUINED MY $200 SWISS-WOOL BLANKET!!!!!!!!
