Needed my pants tailored. I was only in the area for 3 days. They promised I would have my pants back by Saturday morning so I prepaid.
Went in at 10am. Pants were not ready and would not be delivered to the store until 5pm. Was leaving the area at 2:30. UNREAL.
no manager to speak to and no way for them to get in touch with the cleaning company.
I will have to wait til next week and make a special trip to pick them up.
This store is just a middleman. They do not do any of there own work.
Save your time and money and go to a real tailor.
