We were referred to Mr. Duran through a friend and were very pleased with our experience in working with Duran to find and negotiate our first home purchase. Mr. Duran is extremely responsive, very honest and full of integrity. He also knows how to avoid a bidding war and get the deal done once you find a place you love.
