Service was fine. I was disappointed to learn that they have no more coffee donut combinations. Place is clean and coffee good.

Staff was rude; I really hate it when the staff is rude. I can't prove it but it looked like one of the staff was pretending to sort donuts to avoid having to take my order; I certainly wouldn't be surprised if this were the case. People working at DD: stop acting as if you're doing customers a favor or that you're too good to be helping them. Grow the heck up.

Poor service. It's definitely a commuter place where customers want to be in and out. Despite the large staff you still have to wait a long time, and the hot coffee is awful. My vanilla chai was lukewarm. I'd rather go out of my way to the nepperhan Ave location if I'm going to spend my money
