I asked for a toasted sesame bagel, with cream cheese. It wasn't what I got! When I returned to ask for the right product, they refused. I ask for my money back, and again they refused. I was told to call and speak with the manager. They don't even answer their phone.
I hope Dunkin Donuts reads these messages and responds appropriately.
