Very small and cramped. Even if there is a free chair, you are tightly close to people in line. Even if you are simply sipping and on your phone, it might be more enjoyable to find a bench. I am personally not a huge fan of their coffee either.

Good Dunkin' Donuts. The donuts are always fresh because it is a very busy store. There is a high turn over of food and coffee. The staff is friendly. The prices are expensive (same as the other Dunkin' Donuts). There are specials on frozen drinks like coolatas and frozen coffee drinks, both iced coffee and tea. You might find a coupon online or in the Sunday paper.

Stopped here each morning of our NY trip. Staff was very friendly and the coffee and donuts/bagels were fresh and tasty. :-)
There is a small amount of seating available if you need to sit down and eat.
