I just happened to visit this shop.
I bought some donuts and realize and asked for repurchase.
They didn't allow , instead they are faulting on me because I just bought.
Being in the store itself, asked for refund, not sure whether I should ask or not, then the staff is saying that you shouldn't ask...then I asked them that I want to talk to the Manager...they refused an intern they are blaming me because you have purchased and it is your problem...

Yes, it is my problem to come and shop here.....Please please do not visit this shop......

This dunkin was really bad a few months ago and ever since under new management its been getting ALOT better.... And she speaks english

Not once have they ever properly made a drink. Lattes contain only milk, and lack even the flavor you request. Coffees are watered down. Terrible, apathetic staff.

Absolutely Horrible Service. They have someone at the drive thru speaker that barely speaks english and you sit there trying to decipher what they are saying and explain what you are saying. They got my order wrong 3 times in one week and also have absolutely terrible service all around. Find a different Dunkin.

everything is bad ..start from ordering .. they alwayes mess the coffee . ask for creamcheese , they put butter ,, horrible experience . i work arround thr . i go to the dunkin in green st . these ppl dont have manners and alwayes mess the order .
