Stale, squashed donuts. Beverages served a mess (not fully capped, drips down side not cleaned up). Consistently a mess.

i love this dunkin donut's it's right next to my house just 5 block's away...the only problem i have and iv'e been going here a long time is one worker that has a problem with every girl and guy that work's there. she talk's to them just awful disrespectful so bad and ive seen a lot of different girl's working there that's why i assume that there's a big turnover with this crew ,her name tag spell's chenta or something and when she erupt's she yell's in another language to the manager and he take's it and punish's the worker's he's a wimp it look's like he just cave's . im in the customer service industry in manhattan (food 25 year's) and if i had a problem with a coworker i would pull them to the side not belittle them in front of customer's, i actually said something to her while she was abusing this young worker i said please dont talk to her like that and she said that the coworker was a brat WOW like pretty much mind your business lol...i seen this uncomfortable act in there before from other counter personal before from her . while i was walking out a young girl said that she used to work there and it was torture exactly the same thing to her and other's...i will go back in there tommorow BUT do not think i wont repeat the same act if she belittle's these young kid's again in front of me it's uncalled for for god's sake your selling coffee and donut's it's not brain surgery and the young kid's are alway's freindly and get me out on time WISE UP. but i think she has a problem with certain people !!!. but again i will go back because it's right next to my house and it's alway's fresh and great coffee alway's.im sorry i had to post this i feel bad but it's been going on a long time it's a small area and we all no each other and we all see it for a long time .

The coffee was good. The only problem was I tried paying with a gift card. I have the gift card loaded on my iPhone. It is on passbook. I like passbook because everything is in one place. The cashier literally refused to scan my phone because she did not recognize passbook. I was forced to open the dunkin donuts app and hold up the line. She then told me there is a lot of fake apps out there. They should really train there employees about the phones and what to scan. I cannot blame her for her lack of knowledge. I blame management for not giving her the knowledge needed. I should not have had that problem. Starbucks scans it no questions asked. Get on your game DD!
