HORRIBLE. Very unfriendly! Nobody Smiles... After being a customer for almost 10 years I left... I started being ignored by the help when I came in to pick up my usual called in order and when I did the lil kid with the black hair always laughed when giving it to me. I felt like asking him if he had a mental disorder; maybe he does. Anyway, I am glad I am gone. You have to walk in the parking lot with cars all over the place and take a chance at being run over. They block the only walkway with tables and Holiday Decos, I hear accidents happen routinely and the inside is so cramped I feel like I'm in a sardine can. GOOD RIDDENS! Btw... places with poor customer service usually go out... This one is on its way...

I recently went searching the internet for a place to cater a funeral brunch at the St. Laurence R.C. church in Laurence Harbor, NJ. I don't live in the area & was hesitant to call a Bagel shop. Boy, was I surprised! The owner at Bagel Time took full control of the event. The muffins, croissants, danishes and bagels were freshly made that morning.The juices were chilled and coffee was hot. The lox and fresh fruit were a perfect accompanyment to the individually wrapped ham, egg and cheese sandwiches which were served hot as soon as the mourners arrived after mass. The owner's daughter went to the florist, and arranged centerpieces for each table. As for the cost, the owner worked within my budget; he gave me a professonal event, at a Bagel Shop cost.

I've been a loyal customer for years, but was astonished the other day by wanton, inexcusable rudeness of the owner. It is absolutely unforgivable and a shame. This bagel store will not get any more of my business until ownership changes and I hope other customers who do not like to be insulted for no reason will chose to stay away and drive this owner out of business.

Best bagels and sandwiches in town..They are always busy, best bet is to call in order a head of time...Everyones always friendly and the place is always very clean. def one of the best in town!

The staff and food from Bagel Time are both great. I've ordered bagels from them for parties and meetings, and they've always been very organized and pleasant. They have a good choice of bagels, sandwiches, etc. I'm happy with the service I've gotten from them.
