The employees here are very nice and welcoming and the service is also quick especially in early mornings.

have gone there too many times 2 count service fast and never any problems with staffand owners so far

This dunkin used to be okay but with the new owner koyes it'd AMAZING fast service with amazing promos and they kill u with kindness! Wish he made more stores

IF YOU ARE HANDICAP AND NEED TO PARK IN HANDICAP PARKING SPOT IN THEIR LOT YOU CAN'T THE OWNERS WIFE TAKES THAT SPOT AND LEAVES HER CAR IN SPOT FOR WEEKS.. SHE IS NOT HANDICAPPED NOR HAS A HANDICAP STICKER..AND MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR CHANGE !!
SHE LIKES TO RIP YOU OFF AND PLAYS DUMB, ALSO THE COFFEE TASTE LIKE THE COFFEE POT HAS NEVER BEEN CLEANED. ALSO IF IT RAINS THE PARKING LOT GETS FLOODED AND YOU HAVE TO WALK THREW PUDDLES
THIS OWNER SHOULDN'T HAVE A BUSSINESS AND SHAME ON DUNKIN DONUTS AND DUNKIN BRAND FOR LETTING THEM

I'm in sales and I visit this area every few weeks or so. On rare occasion I will park in the parking lot, but I always go in and get a cup of coffee after because I don't want to park somewhere without patronizing the business, I'm not like that.
Yesterday, on my way back to my car (to get my wallet so I could get coffee) an employee came out and said that she had called the police and the tow company because they couldn't receive their order due to me being parked there. I was parked legally. She insisted I give her $10 then she'd cancel the tow truck. I told her I wasn't giving her anything because she was trying to extort me. I called Dunkin Donuts corporate office to make them aware that this was happening at one of their locations. They told me it was a franchise location and that the owner would call me within two business days.
He called me back today and validated what the employee did! I explained that extortion is illegal, but he told me he does it regularly unless he knows it's one of his customers. I think it's time to cancel my Dunkin Donuts app and visit Starbucks exclusively.
