Dunkin' Donuts

They served me coffee with snot in it once. Will never go back to that Dunkin Donuts ever again and in the years since I haven't!!!!

Best dunkin ever. So many vegetarian options and the crew is splendid!

Vegetarian! ?!? Can't get some meat? I'll gladly take my money elsewhere.

I have to rate POOR/FAIR for food and service because this stupid D&D doesn't serve bacon or ham. I understand that there's a jewish school up the road but I don't care.. I'm not jewish so when I go into a Dunkin and ask for a god dam bacon, egg and cheese bagel, I want my god dam bagel to have bacon egg and cheese on it.. Way to ruin a fast food chain.

As far as donuts and drinks go, its hard to mess that up so this place is average in that department.
Decor? This Dunkin has been around for a very long time and has made many improvements since I can remember.

Went there for a cappuccino and the lady handed me a milky Latte. I asked her why no foam and she said the machine isn't working right and she needed to steam the milk 2 times to make it the right way. I asked her to try again. She handed me the Latte again, second time. I politely said it wasn't right still and she then said it's the way some customers like it. I pointed to the sign that said "steamed milk and espresso" and she said "i know, but people like it this way". I said, so the machine isn't broken then? She said "no". LOL. I asked for a refund and then she asked me for a receipt even though she hadn't given me the receipt yet. When I pointed it out, she said "oh", and actually took it from the cash register and scrutinized it. I got my refund finally and took my donut. Tasted the donut on my way to the car an realized it was stale. Went back to get a refund on that and this time, she refused saying she couldn't give me a refund twice. I said "let me talk to the manager", and then she gave me the .99 cents from a tip cup. I took it, unashamedly. What a dope.
