Dunkin' Donuts

If ever a place deserved a "Negative Star" it would be this Dunkin Donuts! I was in the neighborhood and decided to go in!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Rude, obnoxious and rushing...did I mention RUDE!!! They were giving the woman in front of me, a ridiculously difficult time and I just walked out without ordering anything! It's my money and I decide who will get my business. They will certainly NEVER see me in there again!!!

I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts for years and I finally have to say something. There is only one woman there you seems to get orders correctly. I buy the same item every time, sausage and egg on a croissant NO CHEESE. half the time, they put the cheese on despite me explicitly telling them otherwise and it showing on the register. and because it melts, I can't take it off either.

I don't usually comment about anything because it takes a lot to tick me off, but I feel like I need to say something about this place. I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts so many times now, and they're still treating me like they've never seen me before. They are not very courteous nor friendly at all even when it is not that busy. C'mon, it's just donuts and coffee! I'll call them DONUTS NAZI from now on.

Customer service is HORRIBLE I am never going in there again. There was this teenage girl who works there and I went there one time but it was closed. So I walked back to my car and when I got in, I saw in the rearview mirror that she was eyeballing me with her middle finger, and I didn't even do anything to her. Another day I went and there she was. I was starting to order bagels and then she INTERRUPTED me in the MIDDLE of my sentence, said "Does it look like we have bagels?" and stepped aside. A girl next to her (pale, redhead) didn't even do anything, just laughed. Does anyone else know that that is NOT the way you speak to a customer? And she treated the guy in front of me like a king. Anyway, DO NOT GO THERE HOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just don't never see the manager. Workers don't speak english and I know that's not helping anything. This store needs help, pronto. I should know. I used to work for DD's
