This place should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers. The counter people are lazy & would rather do anything else than do their job. They think they are doing you a favor by taking your order ? Its No wonder they are never busy. I don't think they understand that without customers, they wouldn't have a job ? I think Dunkin donuts corporate should choose better franchises instead of letting inexperienced owners ruin the Dunkin donuts trademark !
