I have been going to this location for over three years. Recently they hired these two females with very bad attitudes and poor customer service. Today 6/12/15 will be my last day going there.
I was asked what I wanted to eat and when I started to tell her what I wanted, she yelled I'm only making your sandwich, the other girl will do the rest. The girl at the register said to the girl making my food, that she already put her on to me. I ignored it, because I have never had any incidents going with anyone else. I usually ignore their attitudes. The girl making my food asked me if I wanted sauce and when I responded yes, she said to the female at the register that I flipped out yesterday.
I said excuse me, is everything okay? I then said you must be confusing me, because I never had an incident with you. Her response was, "I'm talking to her and not you". I said that is true but you are talking about me. I canceled my order and left.
Currently I am trying to speak to the owner. My colleagues and I spend too much money there to be treated poorly when you go there. I just told my story to two of my co-workers and they said they stopped going there, because of the two females that work there in the morning.
I will be sharing my experience with others and I hope that the Owner resolves this issue.
