For such a small store (compared to others) this store is like a zoo, nothing is organized shoes sizes all over the place, pillows, towels bathroom decors all over the floor and most of all the check out line was wrapped 4 times back in into the clothes section... 12 registers and ONLY 6 registers WERE OPEN.... Asked to open more lines (and employee said not enough people--while she just lazily walking around cloth w empty hanger in hand) WHAT A JOKE OF A STORE (even Harlem is better then this!!!!!)

This Burlington is the worst I've been on.. The prices are compatible but the staff have a horrible attitude and the waiting is unacceptable, There were 5 people behind the counter but only two registers open for a line of about 100 customers, I'm not visiting the store again.

The worst customer service ever. I went to pay for a dress with no price or tags so i took a similar dress, same brand to the cashier. She asked 2 managers and they put the price of a shirt which was more expensive and wasn't event the same brand. They kept me at the register for 30 min. So frustrated experience. I really like that dress, but the staff made me leave all my stuff which i needed. I bought the same dress at Burlington by central park ave in Yonkers, $30 less.

The employees like to flirt with the costumers and one in particular is very disrespecful with costumers always out of stock in +size outfit the perfumes are very expensive I prefer to shop at T.J. Max
