- Terrible #21062

One of the managers here is a straight-up a**hole. Commonly ignores customers. Is lazy. Looks like he doesn't want to be there. The younger employees seem overworked but try hard. Be VERY specific about how you want your coffee made, or it'll be horrible. Also, ask if the bagels are FRESH before you buy one. If you don't ask, they won't tell you that they're about to give you your Tuna on a STALE BAGEL.
