The pharmacy staff is super nice. Even though they stopped taking my insurance, they are still helpful if I have questions. The rest is like a normal Duane Reade.

I love getting my medication at this pharmacy because the staff is so professional and nice. I even get my flu shot there every year and would recommend them to all my friends.i really like ms Pamela pharmacy assistant and ms pearl that give me wonderful customer service every time

So friendly, helpful staff. We even say hello passing in the neighborhood. Small town feeling in a big city. Pharmacy staff is thoughtful and caring. They know my regular medications and are quick to ring me up. Unfortunately, I no longer will be using this store. I am sorry to say good-bye. (damn exes). But amazing service.

I adore the staff at this Duane Reade. I know several of the managers and workers on a first name basis. DR is my go-to spot. I shop there everyday, multiple times a day. The store is always clean and neat and the friendly staff are quick to point out items that I might have missed being on sale. I really appreciate Will, Jack, Joel, Fitz, Shantae and Xavier and the pharmacy crew: Ms Pearl and Pamela. i have found a home in Duane Reade for sure. They treat me like family. I have even loaded up the shopping cart so that it needed a stronger person to deliver it to my building. Will gladly delivered my purchases for no cost. No other drugstore in Harlem does that!
