- Terrible #36269

i'm an MD/prescriber. Twice i called the pharmacy at 71st and York, across the street from NY-Presbyterian Hosp. Both times, when i selected the option to 'talk to the pharmacist', I was placed on hold for 2-3 minutes and then simply disconnected. Absurd 'service' or lack thereof. I'm not foolish enough to try a 3rd time.
