I used to shop here on a regular basis. It is conveniently located in the PATH plaza that I use daily. They lost my business when I began to notice that the security guard would repeatedly follow me around the store every time I went in there; like I was a common criminal. I am a middle aged, hard working professional, who has never broken the law in my entire life! Do I need this kind of racial profiling?! I now emphatically refuse to spend my hard earned finances in such an establishment that treats me with this kind of disrespect. The management at this location need to always remember that they are “out of business” without customers.

Really duane reade??? Great location to be a super store but staff is just awful. Not one exhibits even the most basic skills of customer service. I dnt need a smile but do your job and get off your phone.

this store has gone to the pits. i have made several complaints about expired food and have gone back a week later to still see the food on shelves. i have brought it to the attention of the store managers and cashiers and it seems they dont care. FYI. they have a policy in place food must be taken off shelves withing 2 months of it expiring so to see something there a month - 2 months after it has expired is disgraceful!!!

they refuse to answer the phone no matter at what time you call. and if you call them on it in person they always say they are having problems with their phone system. this has been going on for over 9 months now. at this point i will be calling the health department on them.
