I have lived now for 9 months in a unit managed by this horrifyingly corrupt company. My house has flooded 3 times despite my constant complaints about a sure to be hazardous storm drain. I can see through the bottom of the walls. The windows do not lock. I have been robbed through the windows. When it rains the roof leaks. This is a new property. When I complain the landlord tells me to move out. The heating unit set my bed blanket on fire. This is not a joke. This company is really really negligible.
