Drivo rent-a-car

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars it would have been better. First off they False advertise claiming to have cars for 25$ a day however in reality it's 25$ a day plus a mandatory insurance fee which brings its prices up to or more than the rate of their bigger better competitions. Secondly they falsely accused me of smoking inside of their vehicle and charged me a 150$ cleaning fee of which I cannot dispute with my credit card company. This place is a joke. Yes I smoke but I did not smoke in their vehicle. If the smell lingers from my clothes for a few mins that's not a reason to charge a person 150$. Good luck with this place. And be forewarned that unless you have collision insurance of your own or your credit card provides more than liability it is better to go with a bigger company who has those prices included with quote. I will never be renting with these guys again.
