Hands down the easiest and best prom dress experience I've ever had. Came here to find a dress last week, and I've never had a better shopping process. The people were so helpful, and the inventory was fantastic- I told them what I was looking for and the woman pulled 6 dresses immediately for me to try on that fit my description exactly. Will definitely be coming here again

One of my daughter's friends had recommended Dream Dresses to us because she had a good experience with finding her prom dress there. We also had a great experience finding my daughter's prom dress at Dream Dresses. All the staff, including many of the younger sales associates, were extremely helpful and honest with their opinions and advice. I wish I wrote this sooner because I forget specific names of who helped us the day we were shopping. In all honesty, everyone was helpful to my daughter even if they did not directly assist her. The sales staff seem to want to make sure you think carefully and really love the dress you are thinking about purchasing. In my opinion, the prices of the dresses all seemed very fair and reasonable-no crazy mark ups. Also the selection of dresses and sizes was really good too. If you have a sales associates help you with finding dress styles and your approximate size, that really saves time too.

Horrible experience. Went looking for a mother of the bride's dress with my mom and they were very non-accommodating. When they asked us our price range and we told them no more than 500 they almost scoffed. Then when we told them we didn't like embellishments or very fancy dresses they did not listen and brought many dresses that were not the type we were looking for. Also with a person like my mother who it's very difficult for her to find a dress she really likes - it is a giant inconvenience that they do not allow pictures to be taken. While I was on my phone trying to look at pictures of previous dresses she tried on - they were so concerned about their picture rule that they were hovering over my shoulder. This alone will deter us from purchasing a dress at this location because she will not be able to compare it to other dresses that she likes. We also asked the make and model number of the dress and they refused to give it to us and told them that they would keep it on record at their store only. For this reason we refused to give them out business.

They were so nice here. I went to look for a prom dress and I told them what I wanted. Without even asking, she knew my size and helped me pull dresses. She even recommended one that I wasn't sure about and it ended up being the one I chose. They were so attentive and extremely respectful of my budget. They gave honest feedback even if it meant me choosing a cheaper dress. There are tons of nice dresses for people of every size and financial standing. I would definitely recommend it!
